Our team of Heat Pump experts is made up of City and Guilds trained professionals, who have worked with Harvest from the start. Every installation comes with new challenges especially on the heating side, this can be anything from Microbore pipework to an old back boiler buried in a chimney breast. We have seen it all and for that reason we can offer cost effective solutions. As well as your MCS certificate, you will receive both an electrical certificate as proof that work has been carried out by a competent electrician and an unvented cylinder certificate where applicable.
Our work is assessed once a year and so are our professionals. The assessments are carried out by the appropriate accreditation bodies: the MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme), NAPIT and the NIC/EIC. Everything is checked from our workmanship and tool calibration right through to the handover pack for the end user.
We also issue a third party warranty with every installation for peace of mind, this is basically a warranty in addition to ours that guarantees our workmanship.
We pride ourselves on having 100% customer care satisfaction from the Independent Warranty Association (IWA)
On the solar PV side our electricians are not only 17th edition electricians, but also accredited and specifically trained to install solar PV through BPEC training schemes which are the industry standard for installation. Our roofing team are trained to install solar PV on all types of slate from Brazilian to Delabole, every type concrete tile from the old Delta tile (which is now only available as a reclaimed tile and found on many bungalows in Cornwall), flat roofs, field/ground mounts, new roofs and old roofs. The Harvest team have seen it all and every roof comes with its own challenge this is why we have kept the same local team of professional trades men from when we began 5 years ago until today. You are welcome to speak to some of our very first clients who will remember the polite and tidy team who work at Harvest, this will be the same team that work on your property.
From St Just to Saktash, Bude to Lizard Point, we cover the entire 3,400 square kilometres of Cornwall. Our services also extend into the bordering areas of Devon. We will also consider larger commercial projects from further afield.Arrange a Consultation
